Parweld XTS906 and XTS907 Water Cooler 

The Parweld XTS906 and 907 are  high-performance liquid cooling units designed to provide reliable thermal management for water-cooled MIG and TIG welding torches. Engineered for integration with industrial welding power sources, the unit maintains stable torch temperatures during high-amperage or long-duration welding operations, improving torch lifespan and ensuring consistent welding performance.

High-Efficiency Cooling Performance

The XTS906 and 907 models  feature an integrated coolant pump and reservoir designed to circulate cooling fluid through water-cooled welding torches. With a 12-litre coolant tank and a flow rate of approximately 2 L/min, the system delivers consistent cooling capacity to prevent overheating during demanding welding applications.

Designed for professional workshop and fabrication environments, the XTS906 operates on a 400 V three-phase power supply and the XTS907 operates on a 110/230V supply. The units can be powered either directly from a compatible welding power source or from the mains supply, offering flexible installation options depending on the welding system configuration.

Flexible Installation Options

The compact design allows the cooler to be used as a free-standing unit or mounted beneath compatible welding machines using dedicated trolleys such as the TR007 or TR008. This modular arrangement enables seamless integration with large MIG or TIG power sources in industrial fabrication setups.

User-Friendly Operation

For quick setup and maintenance, the unit includes quick-fit water connectors for rapid hose connection and a projecting filler spout that simplifies coolant refilling and level checks. The system also eliminates the need for pump priming, allowing immediate operation after filling.

The XTS906 is built to meet recognised welding equipment standards and includes safety and durability features suitable for demanding industrial environments.
