TecArc XC1000 Water Cooler has an efficient high performance long life rotary pump, no priming required, very quiet operation, fan cooled heat exchanger, Robust steel cabinet, ultra compact size, suitable for standing on bottle carriers or top of machine etc., Fluid level window. The XC1000 is our popular universal water cooler suitable for almost all welding applications. All are fitted with a new protection device to stop the motor burning out if stalled for any reason. Water connections are 3/8 BSP as standard, or snap fittings on request. We only use Simaco rotary pumps these are the leading European pump manufacturer as used by ESAB, Kemppi etc. 4 of M5 mounting points are provided underneath chassis. This unit is suitable for most welding applications up to around 600 amps. An internal flow switch can be fitted to interface with the power source to prevent damage occurring to the welding torch in the event of a flow problem.
