TecArc MIG Welders
Professional TecArc MIG Welding Machines
Discover our range of TecArc MIG welders, designed and built for professional welding, fabrication, engineering workshops and industrial applications. TecArc welding machines combine robust construction, reliable performance and accurate control to provide consistent MIG welding results across a wide range of materials and applications.
The TecArc range includes transformer-based MIG welders and modern inverter machines, with models available for both 230V single-phase and 400V three-phase power supplies. Welding outputs range from 200 amps through to powerful 500-amp machines, providing options for everything from general workshop fabrication to demanding industrial welding.
TecArc Prof-MIG Welders
The TecArc Prof-MIG range provides dependable MIG welding performance in compact and practical machines. Models are available from 200 amps through to 300 amps, with 230V operation making them suitable for many professional workshops.
Features include synergic control, copper-wound transformers, multiple voltage settings and reverse polarity, with selected models offering dual polarity. The Prof-MIG range is suitable for general fabrication, repair and maintenance work where reliable MIG welding performance is required.
TecArc Ci Pro MIG Welders
For more demanding fabrication and industrial applications, the TecArc Ci Pro range provides higher-output MIG welding with robust 4x4 wire feed systems and a 60% duty cycle.
The range includes both 230V and 400V models, with welding outputs from 250 amps to 500 amps. The higher-powered Ci 503 Pro, for example, delivers up to 500 amps, making it suitable for heavier fabrication and applications requiring greater welding capacity.
The Ci Pro machines also feature digital metering and professional wire feeding, providing accurate control and consistent wire delivery during welding.
TecArc Si Pro MIG Welders with Separate Wire Feeders
The TecArc Si Pro range provides the flexibility of a separate wire feeder, making these machines particularly suitable for larger workshops, fabrication environments and applications where the welding power source needs to be positioned away from the work area.
Models are available in both 230V and 400V configurations, with outputs ranging from 300 amps to 500 amps. The separate wire feeder configuration provides greater flexibility when welding larger fabrications or working over a wider area.
MIG Welding for Professional & Industrial Applications
TecArc MIG welders are available with features designed to suit different welding requirements, including synergic control, 4x4 wire feeding, high duty cycles, digital meters and gasless flux-cored welding capability on selected models.
Many machines can be used with both shielding gas and flux-cored wire, giving welders greater flexibility when working in different environments and on different applications. Depending on the model, TecArc MIG welders are suitable for welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Whether you need a compact 230V MIG welder for a professional workshop or a high-output 400V machine for demanding fabrication, the TecArc range provides a choice of welding capacities and configurations.
