Parweld XTM221Di 5 in 1 Multi-Process Welding Machine
- Description
Parweld XTM221Di 5-in-1 Multi-Process Inverter Welding Package.
The Parweld XTM221Di 5-in-1 Multi-Process Inverter Welding Package is a powerful all-in-one welding and cutting solution designed for professional fabricators, workshops, and mobile engineers. Combining MIG/MAG welding, Lift-TIG or HF TIG welding, MMA (Stick) welding, and integrated plasma cutting, the XTM221Di delivers exceptional versatility from a single compact inverter system.
Powered by advanced digital inverter technology and synergic control, the machine automatically optimises welding parameters based on selected material and wire type, helping users achieve consistent weld quality with minimal setup time. The system also features smart dual-voltage operation (110V / 230V), allowing the welder to be used on both site transformers and standard workshop power supplies.
The XTM221Di features a large colour digital display with multi-language interface, providing an intuitive setup process for selecting welding modes, materials, and parameters. Operators can quickly switch between processes using the torch trigger, making the system ideal for busy fabrication environments where multiple welding tasks are required.
Key digital functions include:
Rapid synergic setup for MIG, TIG, MMA and plasma processes
Pulse TIG welding for improved arc stability and reduced distortion
Memory storage for saving frequently used welding programs
Torch-mounted parameter adjustment (optional OLED MIG torch)
Instant switching between welding and plasma cutting modes
HF start TIG
Supplied with 3 gas hoses
5 Year warranty
Supplied as part number XTM221Di-P2, which includes Machine, control type MIG torch, Pro TIG torch, regulator, MMA lead set, input cable and 3 gas hoses.
Multi-Process Capability
The 5-in-1 design allows the machine to perform multiple welding and cutting tasks with a single power source:
MIG/MAG Welding – ideal for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication
TIG Welding (HF Start) – precise welding for stainless steel and thin materials
MMA / Stick Welding – suitable for site work and thicker structural steel
Plasma Cutting – fast cutting of conductive metals
Synergic Digital Control – simplifies setup and improves consistency
The MIG process can weld material as thin as approximately 0.9 mm, making the machine suitable for both light sheet metal work and heavier fabrication tasks up to around 6 mm material thickness on 230V supply.
