Stir until you achieve a thick, smooth consistency. The paste should easily cling to the workpiece without running.Apply directly to the joint area
Use a small brush to apply the paste where the brazing rod will flow. Make sure the base metals are clean and free from oil or oxidation.Only mix what youll use freshly mixed paste gives the best protection during brazing
Store unused powder in a dry, sealed container
Clean the joint before applying the paste for maximum bond strength
Heat the joint gently to allow the flux to melt and protect the surface before applying filler rod
