Cebora Pocket Pulse MIG Welder
- Description
The Cebora Pocket Pulse MIG Welder is a compact, single-phase inverter power source designed for precision MIG/MAG welding with advanced pulse capability. Engineered for professional fabrication, automotive repair, and mobile welding applications, it combines synergic control, pulse welding technology, and portability in a lightweight industrial unit.
The Cebora Pocket Pulse Synergic MIG is probably the most economical way into brazing high strength and Boron steels. The Pocket Pulse is a single phase (230v) portable machine which can weld from as low as 20 amps right up to 185 amps. It features 37 different welding programmes and can weld aluminium with the option pack. Package includes:3 metre earth lead, regulator and a 3m MIG torch. Superb body shop machine.
Advanced Pulse MIG Technology
The Pocket Pulse incorporates both SHORT arc (short-circuit transfer) and PULSE MIG welding modes, allowing the operator to control heat input and metal transfer with high precision.
- Pulse MIG reduces heat input and spatter, ideal for thin materials and positional welding
- Improved control of weld pool and penetration
- Enhanced weld appearance and reduced post-cleaning
Synergic Control System
The welder features 37 pre-programmed synergic curves, automatically matching voltage and wire feed speed based on selected material, wire type, and diameter.
Supported materials include:
- Mild steel
- Stainless steel
- Aluminium
- CuSi3 (brazing wire) 968 and C9
- Flux-cored wire (gas and gasless)
Digital Interface & Parameter Control
The machine is equipped with an intuitive LCD display, providing real-time feedback and control of welding parameters:
- Wire type, gas selection, and material thickness
- Voltage, current, and wire feed speed
- Adjustable settings including:
- Arc length
- Inductance
- Burn-back
- Soft start
- Spot and pause timing
This ensures precise tuning of the arc for optimised weld quality across different materials.
Aluminium Welding Optimisation
Dedicated aluminium welding functions enhance performance when working with non-ferrous materials:
- 3-level aluminium programs
- Automatic Hot Start
- Automatic Crater Fill
These features help prevent defects such as porosity and crater cracking, improving overall weld consistency.
