COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT WIRE FEED UNIT DESIGNED TO RUN OFF VIRTUALLY ANY CONSTANT CURRENT OR CONSTANT VOLTAGE POWER SOURCE INCLUDING ENGINE DRIVEN TYPE POWER SOURCES.

A robustly constructed fully enclosed wire feed unit designed mainly for site use on engine driven welding machines, but can be connected to virtually any MMA / TIG / MIG dc power source in seconds.

This machine gives good performance with flux cored and solid welding wires, and outperforms some similar equipment on the market from other manufacturers, yet is a considerably better priced.

All functions like contactor, solenoid, and latch are fitted as standard.

Designed to give a long trouble free life in less than ideal conditions.

STANDARD FEATURES.

In line unit and therefore requires no additional supply, only welding cable connections.

All aluminium construction for good strength and low weight

DC constant current or constant voltage power sources, straight or reverse polarity.

Gas valve fitted as standard so can use gas with wire or gasless wire.

Contactor fitted as standard so torch is not continuously live.

Arc voltage sensing wire feed speed for arc stability.

Works with input voltages of between 21 and 100v dc (will weld down to 15 volts).

Welding current range of 50 to 200 amps (F2000i) and 50 to 300 amps (F3000i)

Takes 5kg spools

STANDARD FUNCTIONS AS FOLLOWS

Infinitely variable wire speed, torch trigger latching fitted as standard, burn back timer, optional 2 roll or four roll drive, optional digital meters.
